Steve has extensive experience in retail, distribution, not-for-profit, logistics and manufacturing. Steve is a CPA with Big 4 experience and serves in leadership positions on multiple not-for-profit organization boards.

Chip is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has extensive experience in providing top management with effective dashboard solutions. Chip also has extensive experience in many industries including retail, distribution, not-for profit, service and manufacturing. Chip holds an MBA in Information Technology Management, and a Masters in Computer Science.

Milan has held a variety of information technology positions since beginning as a programmer and has worked for organizations ranging from small and mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies. He has also worked as an IT consultant for a number of successful organizations providing services that range from system audits and evaluations to design and implementation and has significant experience in LAN administration and customer support. Milan earned his BA in Economics from Wabash College and an MBA from North Park University. He also earned a Master of Non-profit Administration (MNA) from North Park giving him a unique perspective from "both sides of the non-profit-for-profit fence." He has served on a number of Boards for Chicago performing arts and social service organizations.
